Don Parsons

In this session, renowned instructor Don Parsons works with PGA professional James Hong to address a common issue: loss of distance. Using K-Vest 3D technology and biofeedback training, Don identifies a lack of torso-to-lower-body loading.

Watch as they use real-time data to help James find the "20/40" relationship — 20 degrees of lower body rotation against 40 degrees of upper body rotation — to create the core tension necessary for speed.

Don explains his philosophy of letting the student develop their own "feels" through objective data, moving from indoor biofeedback to outdoor performance.
